Enquiry
Get in touch with your wedding date, venue and a little about your plans. I’ll check availability and send you further details to get started.

Consultation
We’ll chat either via Zoom or in person about your ideas, colour palette, favourite flowers and overall vision. This is a relaxed and creative conversation no pressure, just inspiration.

Design & Quotation
Following our consultation, I’ll create a bespoke floral proposal complete with a moodboard and tailored quote. This will outline the overall style, designs and estimated costs for your wedding flowers.

Booking
Once you’re happy to proceed, your date will be secured with a booking fee and signed agreement.

Planning & Venue Visit
If I haven’t previously worked at your venue, I’ll arrange a site visit to familiarise myself with the space and surroundings. This allows me to plan the floral designs and installation with precision. I’ll also liaise directly with your wedding planner or venue coordinator to ensure everything flows seamlessly on the day.

Floral Journey
I’ll remain in close contact throughout your planning journey, accommodating any changes or additions along the way, so your flowers continue to reflect your vision as it evolves.

Final Details
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll confirm final numbers, timings and any last details to ensure everything is perfectly prepared.

Your Wedding Day
My team and I will deliver and install your flowers with care, creating something truly special for your day. Everything will be beautifully styled so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Investment & Booking Information

We are now taking bookings for 2026 and 2027.

Every wedding is individually priced, with designs tailored to your vision, flower choices and the overall scale of your celebration. As a guide, I recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, particularly for peak wedding season dates, though I’m always happy to accommodate later bookings where availability allows.

A minimum spend applies during peak season. My bespoke wedding floral design service begins at £1,500, with most couples investing between £3,000–£5,000 for their wedding flowers.
